Frequently Asked Questions

What are your rates?

Generally we charge $80 per hour for tutoring; $90 per hour for study skills coaching and $100 per hour for parent coaching. Upon evaluating your family’s unique needs we will decide the type of support and number/frequency of sessions.

How long are sessions, and how frequent?

Due to the mental intensity of the work, we use an hour-long format, typically once per week. Depending on how much progress you want to see and schedules, we can discuss more or less frequent sessions.

Do you work in-person or virtually?

It depends on your family’s needs, the locations of our tutors and, possibly, COVID status in various states/counties. We can usually accommodate either in-person or virtual appointments, depending on your family’s needs and the location of our tutors.
